a little walk down the street, but not too far,
They’ll be singing out loud, all cheerful, as they draw a crowd,
The guests will be rather satiated, drowning their senses,
Forgetting about what the world has that they Hated,
Listening to the music,
The piano man that is,
Making sure that he has his,
Piano man play me a tune, help me forget about this afternoon,
They order their martinis and magaritta’s and all, speaking rumors of where they’ll be next Fall..
